The spine is commonly known as backbone which is formed with 33 individual bones stacked one on top of the other. The spinal column provides the main support for the body, allowing to stand, upright, bend and twist at the same time it is protecting the spinal cord from injury. Foraminotomy: Removal of bone or tissue in the passageway where nerve root s branch off spinal cord and exit the spinal column.
Disc Replacement: This procedure involves the replacement of the diseased neck with artificial neck.
Spinal Fusion: This surgery is used to join two vertebrae.
Balloon Kyphoplasty: This technique is a minimally invasive technique used to treat a spinal compression fracture.
Vertebroplasty: This is a minimally invasive procedure to stabilize the spinal fracture and to stop the pain caused by the fracture and it performs through a small puncture in the patient’s skin.
